Munich, 24 September 2025 – BMW has revealed its autumn 2025 model updates, bringing more powerful engines, improved fuel efficiency, new exterior colors, interior upgrades, and enhanced Connected Drive features.
Engine & Performance
- BMW M240i xDrive Coupé, M340i xDrive Sedan & Touring, and M440i xDrive models in the 3 Series and 4 Series now feature a more powerful 3.0-litre six-cylinder petrol engine.
- Power increased by 13 kW / 18 hp, with maximum torque of 540 Nm.
- BMW M340i xDrive Sedan accelerates from 0–100 km/h in just 4.3 seconds.
- Fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions have been reduced, enhancing efficiency across the updated lineup.
Exterior & Lighting Updates
- New color Cape York Green available for BMW 2 Series Gran Coupé M Sport trims.
- Optional Adaptive LED Headlights with laser rear lights for BMW 4 Series Gran Coupé and BMW i4.
Interior & Comfort
- BMW X3 interiors now feature rear headrests and side sections in upholstery color.
- BMW 5 Series, i5, and M5 Sedan/Touring include standard coat hooks for convenience.
BMW Connected Drive
- My BMW App Charging Guide helps EV owners with optimized charging.
- BMW Maps now provides charge-optimized route planning in selected countries.
